Frequently Asked Questions
How wide is it across?
Wide enough to anchor a dining table without hanging deep. It is built to spread horizontally, so it suits standard eight to nine foot ceilings where a tall chandelier would feel heavy.
Is it bright enough for a dining room?
Comfortably. Multiple cones each throwing light downward add up to strong, even coverage across a table. Put it on a dimmer and the same fixture carries you from dinner service down to after dinner.
How high above the table should it hang?
Roughly thirty to thirty four inches from the tabletop to the bottom of the frame. Because the form is shallow you keep clear sightlines across the table at that height.
Do the cones match each other?
In shape yes, in veining no. Each is cut from natural stone, so lit up the ring shows subtle variation around it. That is what stops it looking manufactured.
How do I clean that many shades?
A dry soft cloth around each cone once or twice a year, working around the ring. Nothing wet, nothing abrasive, and the whole fixture stays even in tone.
