Above the mirror or either side?
Either works. Above the mirror gives the cleanest look and the widest even spread. Two mounted at the sides give the flattest light on the face if you have the wall space.
Is it bright enough for a bathroom?
Yes. The wide shade puts a lot of soft light across the vanity, which is more useful for grooming than a brighter fixture concentrated in one spot.
Will humidity affect the stone?
Normal bathroom humidity is fine. Keep it clear of direct shower spray and follow your local wiring requirements for bathroom zones and it will last indefinitely.
What width vanity does it suit?
A standard single vanity or a medium mirror. Aim for a fixture roughly two thirds the mirror width and centre it, which puts this one in range for most bathrooms.
How do I clean it in a bathroom?
A dry soft cloth only. Bathroom sprays are the one thing to keep away from the stone, so wipe rather than spray and it stays even in tone.
