Frequently Asked Questions
What room size does it need?
A standard to large dining room, an entry or an open living space. At around thirty one inches across it wants clear air around it so the branch shape reads properly from below.
How bright is it in practice?
Warm and layered rather than floodlit. Several small sources spread across the span light a room beautifully for dining and evenings. Add a dimmer and it covers the full range.
Does it match the Laurel sconces?
Yes, they share the same branching language and brass finish. Hang the chandelier over the table and put the sconces on the surrounding walls and the room reads as one idea.
How high should it hang?
Thirty to thirty four inches above a dining table. In an entry, hang it higher so the branches are seen in full from underneath as people come in.
Is it hard to dust?
Less than it looks. A soft dry cloth along each branch once a year, working outward from the centre. No polish, the finish is sealed.
