Frequently Asked Questions
Why fabric instead of glass?
Glass shows the bulb and fabric hides it. In an entry or a stairwell where the fixture is at eye level from the stairs, that difference matters.
Which size should I choose?
Sixteen inches for a hallway or landing, twenty for a modest entry, twenty four for a dining table or a double height space.
Can I hang a run down a hall?
Yes, and a run of the smaller size spaced evenly looks excellent. Keep the drops matched so they all hang at one height.
Does it suit a modern house?
The lantern shape leans traditional, but the fabric keeps it soft rather than period. In a modern entry it reads as a deliberate classic note.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum on the lowest setting with a soft brush head, working around each face. Keep the fabric dry.
