Is the rope natural fibre?

How heavy is it to hang?
Much lighter than it looks. The rope carries the visual weight while the frame underneath stays slim, so it mounts to a standard ceiling box without extra bracing.
What sort of light does it give?
Warm and patterned. Light passes through the weave and out the open ends, so you get a glow up onto the ceiling and a broader pool below. Ideal over a dining table where mood matters more than brightness.
Where should I hang it?
Over a table, a kitchen island or in an entry with some ceiling height. Leave about thirty inches above a table surface so the texture sits at eye level when you are seated.
How do I keep dust out of the weave?
A vacuum on a low setting with a soft brush head, once or twice a year. Do not wet the rope. That is genuinely all the upkeep it asks for.
